Ionizing air guns and nozzles

The Model 1560 Ionizing Air Gun is for part blowoff to remove static and any dust or particulate that may be present. This lightweight, well balanced system, has both air control at the power supply and ionization control. If a part is negatively charged, the gun can be set to only send positive ions to the product. The all in one power supply does not require a separate power supply and air source. Applications include: plastic part cleaning, manufacturing assembly, electronics, packaging, screen printing, pad printing and any product which must be cleaned or discharged because of dust potential.
